Let God invade you

The title has nothing to do with the post. I just heard it and thought it was a different way to think.

Anyway, to the post at hand. I am here today to review a cd.
The band: Travis
The cd: Singles

Travis is a Scottish band that has been around for about 10 years. Although they have been fairly popular on the other side of the pond, over here in the states, they have only enjoyed moderate success. They have released popular songs like 'Sing', 'Why Does it Always Rain on Me?', and 'Turn'. These have given them the most attention over here. They have released three LPs with 'The Invisible Band' being their biggest. This album is a very good sum of their parts. They have some rockiness to them but mostly just go for acoustic emo rock. Songs like 'Sing', 'Driftwood', 'Flowers in the Winow' show their acoustic side while 'All I wanna do is Rock' and 'Re Offender' show the rocky side. This album is sure to touch up on all sides of their sound.

So if you don't feel like going out and buying three albums of theirs this is a good option. They picked the most popular of their songs, yet made sure to keep a good album going. Props to them and may the United Kingdom again rule the US music world and get rid of all this stupid crap the pop is putting out nowadays.
